在中国,徒步已越来越成为现代人崇尚的旅游方式. 很多人都问过我这个问题: 我该准备怎么样的鞋子啊?
在西方, 徒步早已是一种和跑步,打球,骑单车一样的户外运动了. 根据户外徒步的强度, 户外徒步鞋可以分成了5大类.徒步的起源,我们暂且不计远古时期高加索人日常生活中穿的鞋子, 以现代徒步概念来看, 徒步起始于世界高峰的攀登, 首批徒步者穿的鞋子是那种并不舒适,坚硬,结实的皮鞋.
随着娱乐性运动和生产能力的发展,人们发明了各种各样的鞋子, 每一种都注重某一特性, 因此就产生了: 休闲徒步, 徒步,长途徒步,登山和户外竞技鞋.
l 休闲徒步鞋 :
到郊外游玩,步行1-2小时,甚至更长一点的时间,我们一般都不会对鞋子有什么过高的要求, 每个人都有至少一双运动鞋. 森林啊,海边等等这类的步行, 除非你是专业的步行运动员,否则运动鞋都可以满足这样的要求. 任何鞋类制造厂都可生产出这样的鞋子, 低帮, 较硬,比跑鞋重稍稍,鞋底较厚且防滑.

2. 即使道路是平坦的,但徒步时间较长,有可能是一个周末甚至几天的连续行走, 那么一双舒适和有效保护双脚的鞋子就能缓解疲劳和防止不常运动引起的疼痛.
传统的徒步鞋用于天气晴朗时人们在山区森林里的徒步, 它轻便且能很好地保护脚腕. 但不一定防滑
鞋的质量一般为双层网面化纤的,一般不讲究防水功能. 因为2-3天的徒步是完全可以根据天气预报来安排的. 天气不好,这样的徒步可以取消, 就算途中下雨, 那么一晚上的时间也足以让鞋子干透了.
l 长途徒步鞋 (for trekking)
长途徒步鞋,顾名思义就是穿来远行的鞋子.
那么这种鞋子与普通徒步鞋有什么不同呢 ? 首先我们看看什么是长途徒步 : 在秋季,嗜好徒步的人士背上背包专门去走那些被评了徒步等级的,难度较高的徒步线路. 常常是一个甚至几个星期中要行走上百公里的各种路程, 能否顺利到达目的地, 鞋子就成了最基本的决定因素了. 为了防水,这种鞋子一般都是舒适度很高的皮鞋
徒步者背着帐篷,食物等所以所需用品, 那么鞋子必须要有一定份量,且高帮才有助于有效保护承受沉重压力的脚踝. 而且鞋两侧的坚固程度也必须起到预防意外踩到石头上而带来的扭伤. 考虑到每天8小时的行走, 长途徒步鞋就不能太硬. 但如果路面多石或者是需要攀岩的情况下,我们就不得不考虑是登山鞋了
长途徒步鞋它厚实的皮子保证了良好的密封性那么也就不是很透气了.自然晾干也就没那么容易了.
l 登山鞋
登山鞋是为了那些要征服巅峰,受过专业训练的登山运动员准备的, 他们总是攀爬在没有任何信号和路标的山道上.
这类鞋子的硬度很高. 带着防滑钉, 亦或在艰难的道路, 冰川上时可以加上防滑钉. 这样的硬度使得登山运动员能够跨越徒步者无法跨越的难度. 但登山鞋确不适用于长徒徒步
因为要在高海拔山上行走, 登山鞋的保暖功能很完善,即使在寒冷的冬天, 它那厚实的皮革和特别的塑料是保暖和防水的有效材料
登山鞋属于在高海拔,甚至近于攀岩的一种高端竞技用鞋, 跟长途徒步鞋完全是两码事
l 高山竞技鞋
近年兴起一项新的运动 : 在崎岖山路上的徒步竞赛. 这类运动要求的鞋子有点类似跑鞋,但又是按照山路行走的特点设计的.
这类鞋子具有结实, 防滑,轻便的特点. 徒步者由于负重少,即使行走在凹凸不平的路面也不会使脚踝承担太大的负荷.
这类鞋子越来越多受到那些喜好轻松徒步和徒步减肥的人士的喜爱, 不需要考虑太多的舒适,安全系数,有经验的徒步爱好者都会选择这类鞋进行简单徒步运动.
正确选择你所需的徒步鞋
总之, 确定了哪种鞋是你所需的, 那么就到户外专卖点去多看看,多试一试各类款式.
第一次徒步前,先穿着你的鞋子上班或在自家周围走一走.否则几天徒步下来,你就会尝到脚被磨出水泡的痛苦.

点评:经常运动能使机体保持在一个良好的状态,增强机体免疫力。人的一生都可以通过运动的方式达到健身的目的。但运动也有标准,过度运动不仅对健康无益,还会给机体带来伤病,甚至运动性猝死 。特别是年过40岁或有心脏病、高血压或糖尿病等家族病史者,应由医生评估后选择合适的运动项目。
支招:年轻人可多做些大强度和力量锻炼,但半小时左右的运动量就可以;老年人则适合相对舒缓的项目,如慢跑、太极拳等。无论选择何种运动方式,不可在锻炼之后感到十分疲惫,甚至影响第二天的工作和生活。选择运动,最好能长期坚持,这样效果更明显。

Cream tea or green tea Part II (a true story but silly, happened here in Bournemouth, Dorset, England:)

The waiter sat the tea set on the table asked me if anything alright. He looked at me, I was opening my eyes wide and being quiet for quite a while, then he said: “oh… did you mean the tea with cream and scones? I am sorry, but people now ask for green tea very often too, it is popular!” I said I would like the scones with butter and jam and sorry for my poor pronunciation, “green” and “cream” (I should have closed my mouth for the M sound)! Then he went to the kitchen again came back with golden scones and everything! That was so delicious! Since then I developed further my great interest in this kind of afternoon tea:)

Cream tea or green tea? (time for silly joke, originated here in Bournemouth, Dorset, England.)
Years’ ago, after a long walk on the west cliff, I was thirsty and hungry, went into a tea house by the sea, asked: “Can I have cream tea, please.” The waiter went to the kitchen without any questions, smiling, came back with a pot of jasmine green tea, no scones, no jams, no butter. Why?
Answers:
A: too late, food all gone.
B: run out of Dorset tea bags
C: my poor pronunciation:)
